Privacy policy
Sunday Shifts is operated by Hoppy Lane LLC, doing business as Sunday Shifts ("Sunday Shifts," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sundayshifts.com and the Sunday Shifts app.
Sunday Shifts connects real estate agents and brokerages with content creators who film and post videos about properties. People who see those videos can ask for more information about a property. Sunday Shifts provides software and content services. We are not a real estate brokerage.
Information we collect
Agents, brokerages, and their teams. Name, email, phone, brokerage or team name, license information for verification, account settings, listing details you add, and messages you send through Sunday Shifts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Creators. Name, email, zip code and travel areas, profile details, portfolio, and messages. If you connect an Instagram professional account, we receive your Instagram account ID and username, your media (posts) and their basic details, comments on your media, and an access token that lets Sunday Shifts act on your behalf for the features you turn on. We never receive your Instagram password.
People interested in a property. If you comment on a creator's post or fill out a property form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone (if given), budget, timeline, your answers, and your contact preferences, plus which post and creator led you to the form. If you comment the property's keyword, we may send you one private reply on Instagram with a link to that property's form.
Automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used for security, fraud prevention, and keeping the service working.
How we use information
- To run Sunday Shifts: accounts, campaigns, applications, bookings, messaging, and payments.
- To verify that a creator's post belongs to their connected account, and to send the private reply a viewer asks for by commenting a keyword.
- To deliver a property inquiry to the agent or brokerage responsible for that property. Inquiries go only to that organization.
- To show creators performance totals, such as views and the number of inquiries. Creators do not receive the names or contact details of people who submit property forms.
- To secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Instagram data to build advertising profiles, and we use it only to provide the features described here.
Who we share information with
- The responsible agent or brokerage receives property inquiries for their own listings.
- Service providers that host and run Sunday Shifts for us, including cloud hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, Meta (Instagram) for connected-account features, and email delivery. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect people and the service.
- Business transfers, if Sunday Shifts is reorganized, merged, or sold, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or ask us to delete data, we delete or de-identify it within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records, such as payment and tax records, to meet legal obligations. If you disconnect Instagram, we stop using the connection right away and delete the stored access token.
Security
We protect information with access controls that keep each organization's data separate, encryption of connected-account tokens, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices and rights
- You can access, correct, export, or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.
- You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Sunday Shifts or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

Children
Sunday Shifts is not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
